What we collect

The notes you write (title, message, questions), the answers people give, and — only if you ask for notifications — your email address or mobile phone number. Notes can be made without an account. Anonymous notes are remembered on your own device.

Who can see a note

Notes live behind unguessable links. The share link shows the note and collects an answer; only your private link shows the answers. We don't publish, index, or sell anything you write.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in by entering your own phone number on your note's status page, we'll text you when your note gets an answer — that's the only kind of text we send, and only to you, never to the person you sent a note to. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with how many answers your notes get. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious product analytics to see which features get used (like “a note was created”) so we can make the site better. We don't track you around the internet.

Deleting your stuff

Want a note gone? Email bob@buzzwordmojo.com from the address on the note (or with the private link) and we'll erase it.
